Australia Skilled Migration Occupations in Demand List abolish temporary retention of CSL


Australian Department of Immigration-date policy, the Australian Skilled Migration Occupations in Demand List canceled (MODL), temporary retention of CSL!
February 8, 2010 formally abolished Occupations in Demand List (MODL), and 15 minutes extra points.
The following applicants will not be affected:
1) At present, all have submitted applications for skilled migration applicants;
2) The 485 visa holders, or have applied for 485 applicants, and it must be December 31, 2012 to submit applications for permanent residence.
In the future there will be no emergence of new MODL.
Occupation List (SOL) Change
The new SOL this year expected to be issued around April 30, from the start of this year. USCIS will make some adjustment of immigrant employment.
CSL will now be canceled
CSL is currently MODL to the new SOL of a transition. Mid-2010, if the new SOL out of the current CSL will be removed.
Reconsider the scoring table
Occupation, only 60 and 50 minutes; MODL15 points removed. Other scoring projects are the same. This content is currently only a proposal, details pending further review and publication.
September 1, 2007 to submit applications for overseas
September 1, 2007 filed prior to overseas applicants will have a number of applications were approved, once the number of ratifications to achieve the specified amount of immigration, all other applications (including all non-closed and in the MRT unsuccessful application for the appeal) will be returned. Application is returned, the applicant’s visa application fee will be returned to the applicant, vocational assessment fees, medical examinations and IELTS and other expenses not be returned. Be returned, if the new immigrants to meet the eligibility criteria, the applicant can continue to apply.
